1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the codph platform at codph.club (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published by codph from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and codph.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the codph Platform. Continued use of codph following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create and maintain a codph account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming age restrictions.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of codph, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You have not previously had a codph account suspended or terminated for a material breach of these Terms.

Each player may register only one codph account. Duplicate accounts will be identified and terminated. codph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

3. Account Verification and KYC

codph conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to provide:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, UMID).
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account confirming your registered mobile number).

codph may withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documents have been submitted and verified. Providing false or fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the codph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment channels include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. codph does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party intermediaries.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment channel and account tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder. codph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• codph reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering holds of up to 10 business days on withdrawals that trigger automated compliance review.
• Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed clearly at the time of the withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

codph offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions.

codph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and codph may exclude any player from specific offers at its discretion.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the codph Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game round, codph's recorded server data shall be the authoritative reference for resolving disputes.

codph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in professionally managed studio environments. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available upon request.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the codph Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to obtain credits, winnings, or other benefits not intended by codph.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with codph.
• Allowing another person to access or operate your codph account.
• Placing wagers while self-excluded or during a cooling-off period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and game assets available on the codph Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of codph or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of codph.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, codph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. codph's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

codph does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, network interruptions, and circumstances beyond codph's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

codph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the codph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. codph does not sell personal data to third parties.

11. Responsible Gaming

codph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players can access deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion directly from their codph account dashboard at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may not be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players experiencing gambling-related problems are encouraged to seek assistance. codph supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and encourages affected players and their families to contact available professional support services in the Philippines.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

codph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where: (a) the player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) codph reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; (c) the player's account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory instruction; or (d) the player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Upon termination for cause, codph may forfeit any bonus balances and associated pending winnings. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any applicable compliance review.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the codph Platform shall first be submitted to codph's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

codph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the codph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
